Any good tial pads that won't wear out the knee pads so fast?

I can't seem to find a tail pad these days that doesn't have the diamond shapes with sharp points. These sharp points not only wear my wetsuit knee pads out fast but also my knees surfing warm water. Any suggested tail pads without the diamond shapes? See More

"If your board was damaged by the airline, there's nothing they will do except say "Oops!" Surfboard rentals at local surf shops have gotten a lot better over the last couple of years. Not worth bringing your board with your anymore. "
